Dear Tom,

You will be very much grieved to hear your Uncle Stanley is dead— he died last Sunday evening at 9 o'clock. I suppose yourself and I are left in trust, so please come over tomorrow morning (Tuesday) and stay till Wednesday, the day the funeral will take place. I remain dear Tom
